The
Vibrating Screener is used for low feed rates, simple control screening,
de-dusting and separation of dry powders and granules. This Vibrating
Screener is also suitable for Liquid/Solid Separation.
GKM Siebtechnik GmbH is the technical market leader for Circular Vibrating
Screener. The centrifugal force of the motor can be altered as can the
off-set angle between the upper and lower fly weights, in order to adjust
the retention time of the product on the screen.
An advantage of the the Vibrating Screener is the ability to easily and
quickly change the screen frames. The screen frames are equipped with two
(2) grooves and two (2) fixing rings which enable easy and fast on-site
re-meshing with minimum experience and without the need for special tools.
This is particularly helpful where fine-mesh fabrics are involved.
The vibrating Screener KTS-V range of screening machine is available in the
sizes 450 – 1500. The KTS-V screening machines between (900 – 1500) can also
be produced with the body parts from the KTS tumbler screening machines, in
order to satisfy the demands of certain food and pharmaceutical products.
